SUS 409L Chemical Properties

The main components of SUS 409L include elements such as chromium, iron, titanium and carbon. Among them, the addition of chromium gives it superior oxidation and corrosion resistance, iron provides basic structural support, and titanium improves mechanical properties at high temperatures. The lower carbon content helps improve the weldability of stainless steel.
